Production

Gabala Canning Factory boasts an annual production capacity of 90,000 tons of fruit juice.

Established in 2007, it represents one of Azerbaijan's most modern production facilities, equipped with advanced technologies.

Situated on 16 hectares, the plant features two expansive production areas and employs a workforce of 436 permanent and 80 seasonal employees. The facility produces a variety of products, including fruit juices, nectars, fruit concentrates, as well as carbonated and non-carbonated soft drinks, which enjoy high demand in both local and international markets. Utilizing modern equipment, the plant processes 30,000 tons of fruit annually.

The facility is equipped with three fruit processing lines, one bottling line, and three Tetra Pak lines, producing renowned brands such as Jala, Zolotoy Sad, and Natura. Its products are exported to numerous countries, including Russia, the USA, Germany, Dubai, and Qatar. Since its establishment in 2013, the soft drink production facility has operated four production lines, creating popular brands like Mia, I'm Tea, Natura, and Mood.

The plant employs a hot filling system from the French company SIDEL, with a production capacity of 10,000 liters per hour, alongside cold filling systems with capacities of 20,000 liters and 13,000 liters per hour. Additionally, equipped with technology from the Italian company Padovan, the facility produces lemonade, sparkling, and still waters, all stored using automatic pallet racking systems.
