Procurement Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Market analysis, research of required goods in local and foreign markets;
  • Monitoring, controlling, and executing purchase orders;
  • Supplier evaluation, preparation, and analysis of comparison tables to determine the most favorable offer;
  • Managing all documentation related to procurement and tender processes and preparing the relevant register;
  • Timely execution of tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the field;
  • Proficiency in Azerbaijani (fluent) and English (good);
  • Proficiency in MS Office (good level).
